We had an exciting day recently where we headed out to monitor our Biocontrol insects around the Gympie Region.
Once again, all stages of the insects life cycles were located in most of our release sites, which is expected due to the change in season.
Our leaf tying caterpillars transferred onto fresh cats claw creeper after our initial release last month and we are hoping that after pupation they will remain around their release site so that they can be easily located and monitored.
A huge thank you to our volunteers Chris and Rita, who donated numerous water plants for us to grow on for sale in our retail nursery next Summer.
