Since 1989, Australians have come together each year to assist in the clean up of our local streets, beaches, parks, bush land and waterways in a mission to assist in the conservation of our environment.
This year, Clean Up Australia Day will be held Sunday 3 March 2019, and Gympie & District Landcare Group Inc would like to encourage our community in participating in this wonderful event! Even if it’s as simple as walking your own residential street, or whether you are able to gather a group of friends and family and cover the area of three entire football fields, every pair of hands greatly assist in the overall outcome of this great event!
