The recent rain and hot humid weather has contributed to much weed growth in the region and this has been keeping our Environmental Conservation Crew very busy lately.
We have been continuing to undertake a large range of weed management projects along the Mary River, as well as at Amamoor Creek and Kandanga Creek.
The main species we have been targeting through these projects have been Cats Claw Creeper and Madeira Vine.
