In support of National Tree Day, Gympie Landcare will be holding a tree planting event and barbecue at The Sands, along the Mary River Walk. Our aim is to plant 1100 trees in two hours!
Come along and be part of the fun and enjoy a snag at the end of all the hard work!
Where:
The Sands car park entrance (Southbound of Aldi).
When:
Sunday 28 July 2019, 8.00am – 10.00am followed by a barbecue lunch.
What to Bring:
Bring your water bottle, sun protection (sunscreen, hats, sunglasses etc.), gloves, and your favourite garden tool to assist you with planting as many trees as you can.
