Casuarina cunninghamiana. The common name is River Sheoak, a tree with drooping branchlets that can reach to 20m, however, they are often smaller. The trunk bark is dark grey-brown, with attractive deeply furrowed bark.

Grows along margins of permanent freshwater streams, but is occasionally found in riparian rainforests.
