The Kandanga Farm Store has become a hub for local Organic growers to sell their produce and local value added products (by using the Kandanga Kitchen facilities).  This closed loop supply chain is lessening reliance on the supermarket duopoly, reducing food miles (increasing shelf life) and reducing packaging.
