Roving Restorers – Emu Mountain & Yaroomba Conservation Reserve

The Roving Restorers invite you to head out for an ecological walk at Emu Mountain and Yaroomba Conservation Reserve, Friday 12 July 8.30am-3.00pm.

Emu Mountain is significant for the occurrence of the endangered Emu Mountain Sheoak which only occurs on the Sunshine Coast. The mountain has a beautiful outlook to the coast. The Yaroomba Conservation Reserve has a mix of rainforest and wetland with a great diversity of birds.

Please bring water and lunch, sunscreen & repellent. Wear closed shoes, hat and trousers.

Car pool at the back of the IGA carpark in Maleny at 8.30am or travel independently (call 0448 447322 for directions).
